tests/openmp/openmp_sample: Segmentation fault

lkp caught a "Segmentation fault" when running tests/openmp/openmp_sample since kernel commit: f812fdeee ("signal: Add calculate_sigpending()")

Note!!! Inherit only works if the event is created
before the fork happens!  OpenMP creates thread pools
so if you create the event after the thread pools hae been
created it may be too late and you won't get child events!
