Implement Image with Text Scrolling Section
Objective:
Implement Image with Text Scrolling Section for Dynamic Content Presentation
User Story:
As a user, I desire the ability to showcase dynamic content that combines images with accompanying text in a scrolling section on my storefront, enhancing visual storytelling and engagement with visitors.
Background/Context:
The current theme lacks a feature for displaying image with text sections in a scrolling format, limiting users' options for presenting engaging content that combines visuals and textual information. Introducing an image with text scrolling section will empower users to create captivating narratives and highlight key messages effectively.
User Role:
- [x] Store Owner/Administrator
Acceptance Criteria:
- Users can easily add an image with text scrolling section to any page of their Shopify store through the theme's customization options.
- The scrolling section should support the display of images accompanied by text captions, with smooth and intuitive scrolling functionality.
- Users should have the ability to customize the content, layout, and styling of the image with text scrolling section to align with their branding and design preferences.
- The feature should be responsive, ensuring optimal display and functionality across various devices and screen sizes.
Technical Details (If Known):
- Implementation may involve HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create the scrolling functionality and integrate images with text captions.
- Compatibility with Shopify's Liquid templating language and theme customization framework is essential.
- Performance optimizations should be considered to ensure smooth scrolling performance, especially with larger images and longer text content.
