.ods support

Whilst excel formats are supported, the open source spreadsheet format .ods is not.

It would be nice to have native support for .ods. Nonetheless, great package!

Thanks for the good suggestion.

I'll add odf support in the next release via odfpy, libreoffice and/or pandoc.
