Allow workflow builds for python3 / macOS 12.3+

With the changes in this pull request a version of the workflow can be built that works with newer versions of macOS. To achieve this the workflow base of the fork from https://github.com/NorthIsUp/alfred-workflow-py3 as well as the build script from https://gist.github.com/deanishe/b16f018119ef3fe951af is used.
