USB test case

Hi, in the other issue ( which is showing serious mission creep now ) you suggested creating a test case for the USB lockup bug.

This would be useful since you have identified what conditions trigger the fault.

There is the possibility of testing a recent chibios user contribution with a new USB stack, though I'm not sure whether it works with Linux hosts yet. There appears to be issues with chibios too.

I'm rather gob-smacked that no one seems to have working USB code for these boards.
