Same here I got it from Play Store Mine states no activity found to handle... Also no permission requested It works on other devices like phones. Just not on my tablet.

It seems to be a com.android.documentsui issue. It is no longer the standard and android has it disabled. It needs to look for any other file browser like google files or something like that.
