Plugin (snippet) not working

"Snippet" plugin options are not showing in command palette, Android 10 mobile,,,, Custom snippet is not working using snippet plugin,,,, problem is in a code bcz in command pallet (snippet) plugin is not showing ... Snippet plugin has two options set snippet directory and reset snippet directory....which should be available in command pallet but they are not.... Also I added some custom snippet using snippet plugin,,,but they are not working ...may be acode is not refreshing or not updating custom snippets
