Can not connect to windows via sftp

Hello. I can't connect to my win11 device via sftp, it says "Operation not permitted". It works fine when connecting to a linux device. I think my win11 device is ok because I can access it using other client. Is it because windows device is not supported? How can I get more detail information about this "Operation not permitted"? Thanks.
