Stop cursor blinking when not focused

Describe the feature

When the app is used in split screen or desktop mode, and another app is focused the cursor keeps blinking, resulting in the impression that acode is focused and typing is possible.

It would be very helpful if the cursor blinking would stop when the app focus is lost.
