Describe the feature

Add an option to easily enable or disable plugins directly from the sidebar plugins tab or the plugins page.

Why is this useful?

• Sometimes, certain plugins may break or cause issues, and being able to quickly disable them would help maintain app stability.
• Users may want to temporarily turn off plugins for troubleshooting or performance reasons without uninstalling them.
