Describe the feature

While randomly checking select More After & Multi-cursor key binds issues/comments, I had an idea: How about having a user interface (UI) for keybinds management alongside the file-defined way (keybinds file)?

Proposed Features:

• View: Allow users to view all current keybinds within the application.
• Edit: Provide an interface for users to easily edit their keybinds.
• Conflict Detection: Display any keybind conflicts within the UI.

This enhancement would greatly improve the user experience by making keybinds management more intuitive and accessible.
