Filter app to only use specific media players

Use only one player or selected players as the media rpc

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. play a song in poweramp
2. then play a video in youtube
3. android pauses poweramp then Kizzy replaces the current running video/audio from another app

Expected behavior' only the selected players can be used as the media rpc
