[Feature] Readying up for 2nd Halftime and OT to be optional

Hi @deStrO,

Can we have readying up functionality for 2nd half time and overtime as optional. This will really help in hosting 1on1 matches. It is kinda annoying when both the players have to ready up after half time and during overtime (i.e. 1st side OT and 2nd side OT)
