Half time switch for competitive

Someone help me?

I want to make a COMPETITIVE WITH TIMELIMIT. Half time - 20 minutes Round time - like competitive (1:50) Round limit - 0 because i want end first half after 20 minutes not after 15 rounds. Is it possible? Of course when times up, wait for end of round and switch sides Match ends after 40 minutes, but if the round lasts after 40 minutes you have to wait for it to end.
