Add de_vertigo as a map to config file

Hi,

Since many of us are using this Docker image to deploy eBot: https://hub.docker.com/r/hsfactory/ebot/

This gathers the files from this Github repository. It would be nice to have the current CS:GO matchmaking map pool updated in the config files, otherwise we need to create our own dockerfile and repository (not impossible, but not very convenient)

Would you mind updating this file: https://github.com/deStrO/eBot-CSGO/blob/master/config/config.ini.smp

To include de_vertigo as part of the map pool? MAP[] = "de_vertigo"

This has already been done in the eBot-Web version
