Wont launch?

Hello have followed your guide, I can login to my panel but it says "Please delete the installation directory at "web/installation" before using the eBot!"

However Websocket online nor eBot online is visible.. just says Sound on.

Also after starting ebot with service ebot start

I just get a red message saying Process dead, but pidfile exists.

tips?
