can not connect to the fake cloud

I build a fake cloud in AWS, and I follow the steps in the read me(Variant 1), but I just can not connect to the cloud capture capture2 and here are the capture in remarkable2, can someone help me to find the reason of the failure to connect.

port 3000 is accessible which can be proved by the test.

are you sure the port is mapped? it seems the tcp connection gets reset
