Add option to only map the rubber but not the tool switching to the button

Thank you for this great tool, ddvk! Since I can switch the tool using Zen mode, the double allocation of one button is not necessary and I accidently switch the tool when using the rubber.

Could you please provide an alternative release, with only the rubber mapped to the Lamy key?
