Feature request: Colors for all markers in 2.11
In reMarkable v2.11, colours (red and blue) were introduced for a selection of marker types, but not all. If it is possible to e.g., reuse code from the official software, it would be great if this option was added to e.g. the calligraphy marker through ddvk/remarkable-hacks.
i will see if it is easily done
Closely related: I’m confident some people would appreciate getting the choice of Gray back for Highlighterv2, which is a useful graded shading tool—the three colours it’s been replaced with don’t stack in the same way.
Highlighterv2 + Gray renders with the multiply blend mode in the monochrome rendering, which meant that overlapping highlighter strokes were darker than just one. (This only applies to the monochrome rendering; in the colour rendering activated by screen sharing, it’s changed to a lighter, brighter yellow than even HighlighterYellow, and operates in the darken blend mode like the rest.)
The new choices (HighlighterYellow, HighlighterGreen, HighlighterPink) all operate in the darken blend mode, which with the colours that were evidently carefully chosen essentially means that it picks the darkest highlight of any that are overlapping (pink > green > yellow) and renders it once.
