Upload changes without closing the notebook?

I have a calendar system that I use on my rM2. If I'm not browsing or writing any documents, I most likely have my calendar open. It has one page per day and each document has a full month. This is a notebook, not a PDF, which I created with custom backgrounds and it works very well to me. Basically, I got my system that works for me.

Now, I've built a script that will fetch some pages from my notebooks, put them together and show them on my laptop. So, it shows me my tasks for one week in one shot. I use it as image in my new tab screen of my browser and it works almost very well.

In order to let it work flawlessly, I have to update it every time I change a page in my calendar, but to archive that, the updated notebook needs to be uploaded to the cloud, first. I noticed, that my rM2 will only upload the changes when I close the notebook, which can become a very repetitive task over the time.

Suggestion

Add a button on the side bar that allows to trigger the update event that is usually fired when I close a notebook. This button should upload the current document when it was changed, then.

Would this be possible?
