koreader slow after sleep screen

I got the exact same issue. Not sure if it koreader related or the touchinjector. Perhaps you have an idea? My not so practical sollution is to swipe into remarkable and then swipe back into koreader. When I put it to sleep and open it again things are okay, but if koreader has been sleeping for a while the page turn gets slow.

when I press the power button, koreader goes to sleep, pressing power wakes, and is still fast. how long did the device sleep, did go to sleep by itself (autosleep)?

This happens when I use the power button to make it sleep. After 10 - 15 minutes the page turns get laggy. Its not bad, but normally the turns are snappy. When asleep it is as if some process is taking up resources.
