Downtime management

Host downtime management :

• new profile right for downtime (no access, read, write)
• any host may have a downtime scheduled
• host downtime status is included in acknowledgement column. An icon is used to indicate that a downtime is currently scheduled for the concerned host. If no downtime is currently scheduled, an if the current user has write right, an icon allows to schedule a new downtime.
• a downtime includes start and end dates. No notification will be sent for the host during this period except downtime start and downtime end. • host downtime schedule sends an automatic acknowledgement for the host and all its services if the host is currently down

Downtime improvements :

• include link in dashboard to browse downtimes
• instead of creating a downtime directly, include downtime in ticket creation process ... should be a new tab in ticket form
• in resource view, indicate whether resource host is downtimed
