Lost data in serviceevents when updating components catalog rules

When you update rules in components catalog, all te records are deleted from glpi_plugin_monitoring_componentscatalogs_hosts, glpi_plugin_monitoring_services at least. plugin_monitoring_services_id in glpi_plugin_monitoring_serviceevents table are not modified with new ids. So all data in glpi_plugin_monitoring_serviceevents are not useable anymore.

When services are simply relocated in another component catalog, or dynamic hosts rules are replayed, services identifier should not change ! If the couple hostname / service description is not changed, services_id must remain the same ...
