where is the settings menu?

Hi, just cloned and built it on archlinux. Super smooth, no problems so far with the dev/qt5 branch, but umm... wheres the settings menu? I want to set up my sound device, can't find a menu for it.

Tho I just figured out that the thing I wanted to edit is a CLI switch, so... yea... needs a settings menu. I might have a hack on this in a week or two if I find some time.
