update stackoverflow posts

In the past, I've posted on SO with solutions that access undocumented internal objects...I shouldn't have done that.

At some point, it would be kind to go back to old posts that access these internal objects that no longer exist in v2.0.0 and update so the posts work. Among posts with the gtsummary tag, look for meta_data, df_by, model_obj. I think that should cover most of them.

I think anyone can edit them, but the review of the edit may have a different process? Let's chat in more detail later. Among the tasks to complete, I would say this is pretty low priority
