fatal error: ATen/ceil_div.h: No such file or directory

1. I got this error executing "python setup.py build develop": ... something else ... fatal error: ATen/ceil_div.h: No such file or directory #include <ATen/ceil_div.h> | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ compilation terminated. error: command '/usr/local/cuda/bin/nvcc' failed with exit status 1

My environment: Ubuntu 22.04, GCC 11.4.0. I failed install opencv-python using "pip install -r requirements.txt", so I manually installed opencv-python = 4.3.0.38 for python=3.6 environment.

2.
