Add Snappy compression

As an addition to ZLib, please also add Snappy compression.

See #12 for current project status.

Certainly other projects and organizations would benefit from more configurable compression. There are hooks for adding new compression types. I think a PR for this functionality would be self-contained and a reasonable block of work if you're up for working on it @wertzui.
