adding option for output format

Was looking for a solution to #656 and decided to give it a go. Specs still needed, and its 2am just now so further refinement may be necessary. The intent is that if the process outputs a json formatted hash then it is merged with the foreman process name and output as one json line. If not, then the message is put into a message attribute.
