Change dependencies

Monotorrent is dropped. I am changing the project to use OctoTorrent but this is also a dead project.

We need to find another dependency to manage torrent downloads. I found this MonoTorrent fork witch is more up to date: https://github.com/claudiuslollarius/monotorrent.

What do you guys think?
