Crash at startup

I download the Patchy installer at the following url: http://drewdevault.com/Patchy/download.html When I launch the installer I have the following error: patchy-bug Tell me if you want more information!

I reproduce the problem with both version (portable and installer). The strange thing is that with the installer I have the error as soon as I try to install it...
