You can try running `LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 melt ... ` to see if it makes a difference.

Those commands are not doing what you expect. All of them are using SDL. The problem is definitely SDL related and possibly due to your build including both SDL version...
I have seen chroma issues like this when working with non square pixels in Movit (eg HDV profile). But I have not retested that against its main repo and branch...
I reproduced this with git master when rescale=bilinear or bicubic but not neareset, which is the default for SDL. BTW `` will not work the way you think it does...
@j-b-m if kdenlive is not limiting the number of threads to doExtractImage then it is blowing up the avformat producer cache.
