Closes #47

There's still a glitch where the mailbox directories aren't being created as they should (might be a directory permission issue). This is exclusive to Jammy from what I can see.

Still waiting for Roundcube 1.6 to leave RC status before the PR can be merged.

Glitch resolved. Waiting for the following until I merge:

  • [x] Roundcube 1.6 final release;
    • [x] CardDAV plugin tarball fix - see mstilkerich/rcmcarddav#386
