Question: how to extend nginx configs without messing up?

Hi there,

Sorry for posting this here. It's more a question rather than an issue or bug report. I see you're extending the default MiaB code which is pretty cool.

I'm especially curious about nginx configurations. Because I'm keen to modify these as well on my MiaB instance but worry about messing up with the overall MiaB configuration because the official MiaB website tells not to touch their configs at all.

What recipe or trick are you applying in this repo to make sure this does not happen? Thanks for any pointers.
