Cover not showing on certain occasions

Cover art is enabled, though it only shows when pausing or playing a previous song using the Z keybind, playing next song with B makes the notification use the fallback placeholder cover.

Update, letting the song start and finish by itself makes the cover art appear on the notification, it seems that only using B to advance to the next song forces the fallback cover art to appear
