Janitor delayed text entry effect doesn't work

Running Version 1.0 (200401) on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G1012)

Repro steps:

1. Launch Janitor.
2. Observe how the auto typed "quit" command is printed in introduction text.

Observed behavior:

The entire introduction and "quit" text and banner and the first room description all prints immediately.

Expected behavior:

Try running Janitor in Gargoyle or Zoom or Spatterlight to see how the author most likely intended the introduction to print out.

The introduction text prints, then the "quit" command is slowly printed one letter at a time, then the banner and the starting room text prints.
