add support for multiple accounts

Currently 1pass only manages credentials for a single account. Add support for multiple accounts, preferably not forcing the user to remember which one to use.

Hey @dcreemer any thoughts on implementation of this? My bash isn't great but I'd love to help out if you think this would be doable.

well as you can see from the code my bash isn't great either! I don't have the personal need for this feature at the moment (I did in the past), but would be happy to review and merge any pull requests.
