Snapshots?

@dcomartin ... I've come across your blog post a few times, and I've read your code... what I'm curious about is how we can fold snapshots into this.

For a stream that is 100-1000 events, re-loading the stream is Ok.

When you have 250k-1mm events... re-loading is a nightmare.

Thoughts?
