Hi, may I know how does Proseg deal with the CosMx Negative Probes?

  • Do the NegProbe help to estimate background in Proseg --cosmx ?
  • The output is background-cleared after running Proseg?

This may change in future versions (I'd like to have a more precise model of optical crowding), but currently negative controls are not use directly, and in fact are excluded by default mainly to improve performance.
