how to interpretate the tsv results

I'm starting to use isolator. Here I have a few questions: what are up_pr down_pr and median_change mean in the tsv output files?

If I only export the gene expression /transcript expression data, do you have any recommendation tools for downstream differential expression analysis instead of the built-in commands?
