Fastq-sort -S

Hello :)

It appears that the -S flag doesn't do anything (fastq-sort just hags using 0% cpu), but using --seq works fine.

I am running Debian Jessie, and I downloaded the latest version of fastq-tools, ran './configure' then make, sudo make install.
