transmission-qt 3 (bb6b5a062e) on Slackware64 15.1-current GNU/Linux... may have noticed same on FreeBSD UNIX.

The problem started with v3 and got worse last several commits. I used current at any post time (was 3.00+ (c50da43ae0) at original version of this reply).

For each new version, of course I switch from transmission GTK to QT, to verify it's still happening (so far must switch back to GTK).
