Since `HttpContext` can only ever exist in a per request scope and at the time that top level middleware is bound, that can't be available, the way that you're trying...
FWIW, working under the assumption that the Harbor admin password is actually the one managed in `values.yaml` and has not been changed and continues to work with other auth methods...
