[Feature Request] 3D Worldmap via CesiumJS?

I know that the 3D aspect of the Worldmap is currently not being actively developed (and it seems to memory leak/hog like mad) and was wondering if you might be interested in integrating CesiumJS?

It has a cracking feature set and may not be too difficult to integrate.

Feel free to offer up a Pull Request to look at. I do note that it is a commercial project and that the open tier - while free - does restrict you to an amount of data etc.
