Bug: Note with custom name are saved without .md extension

Expected behavior: When a new note with custom name is created, the note filename is created without .md extension Nor example if I type: notekeeper -n mynote, the file in the notes directory is mynote and I expected to be mynote.md, (it's a minor thing but it breaks the syntax highlighting in the editor). Current behavior: ~/ note -n mynote Created new note: /home/laptop/notes/mynote Opening note: /home/laptop/notes/mynote

~/ note -n mynote.md Created new note: /home/laptop/notes/mynote.md Opening note: /home/laptop/notes/mynote.md
