Better report unacquired Catalysts

It would be nice if unacquired catalysts were marked as such. I believe this is indicated by the record state being "obscured" or "hidden". For example I don't currently have the Touch of Malice or Heartshadow weapons or catalysts. I think these will be hidden until I acquire the weapons and then obscured until I acquire the catalysts.

Doesn't recognize completion of catalysts that had their requirements changed. Examples: whisper, sleeper, worldline. This might be record state of "complete" (redeemed) or maybe just not "incomplete".
