Here is the latest code I have, wanted to get this to you for review. I have only been able to partially test it, as there are a couple issues with boto that are hamstringing me. The current epel package does not work with iam and route53, and the current HEAD of boto/master is broken. I gave them a pull request, hopefully they'll fix head soon.
