Update dataset ER diagram

The ER diagram that is currently displayed in the README is missing the new "club games" asset. As more assets are added (and even for correctly displaying the relationships for the exiting assets) it will get harder to manually keep the diagram up to date.

Is there a way to generate ER diagrams dynamically?
