Provide nbm files

The old plugin portal is not available anymore, except from using archive.org. It would be good, if you can provide new nbm files for the current NetBeans versions to the new plugin portal at https://plugins.netbeans.apache.org/ therefor you need to do some stuff before. Or to make it easier, you can add the built nbm file just to this repo to the release section.
