Installation on Netbeans 10 Incubator failled

"The plugin External Execution Base API is requested in implementation version 201609300101." That is the error message.

I had the same issue. Check my fork:

I've simply applied @cbm64chris and @pvgoran proposed patches to dcaoyan's master branch.

I built the plugin for 10.0 and published to the plugin repo. I’ll build out for 11.1 in a few days.

Is plugin available for 11.3? (I don't have the earlier releases mentioned above installed. I never used 10.0 or 11.1)
