No ability for connect ldap server via local socket

I has openldap and isc-dhcp installed on same server. And i want connect dhcp to ldap via local socket for some security reasons. Current implementations doesn't allow this.

I slightly modified this patch to allow this method. The idea is check for ldap port number. If it is zero, uri is maked for ldapi schema, else standard alghoritm is used.

I don't now, how i may attach patch for this message, but is has about 20 lines. If you are interested this, please answer this message.
